We believe in giving back to the community, which is why we partner with different veteran-focused charities and organizations to help make a positive impact. Through sustainable donations and volunteer hours, we are able to provide support and assistance to a variety of special causes which support our veteran, active duty military, and local community.
The Special Forces Charitable Trust delivers critical, enduring support through comprehensive programs and services that improve quality of life and enhance mission readiness for the U.S. Army Special Forces Community – past and present – and their Families. Our $3000 yearly donation helps contribute to their mission.
Continuing the Mission provides service dogs and service dog support for veterans living with the challenge of Post Traumatic Stress (PTS). They provide outreach services, support throughout the pairing process, and post-pairing support.We are fortunate enough to have a service dog, Maya, in our office every day. We also allow service dogs to train at Veterans Guardian weekly.

Stop Soldier Suicide works 1-on-1 with troops, veterans, and military families to help navigate the maze of services, programs and assistance available for mental health, emergency financial aid, housing assistance, educational retreats and more. Veterans Helping Veterans Foundation is a veteran owned organization with a mission to provide critical information including resources for Homeless Veterans, along with food, shelter, mobile dentistry units, and clothing.

Individuals requiring assistance are referred by community Veteran Organizations such as the Veterans of Foreign War (VFW), American Legion, Disabled American Veterans (DVA), Military Missions in Action (MMIA), and the Moore County Veteran Services Office.

The Linden Lodge Foundation, Inc., an all volunteer organization, is dedicated to the recovery of men and women with a serious and persistent mental illness by providing opportunities for our residents to live, work, and learn, while contributing their talents through a community of mutual support. They do this through providing a safe, “home-like” residence and the development of innovative motivational, educational and vocational prospects. The run is part of TeamGreen Charities, and is proud to donate 100% of proceeds collected to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sandhills*. To date, the Reindeer Fun Run has raised over $335,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sandhills and is the Club’s single largest fundraiser.

Veterans Guardian sponsored a tree for the Sandhills Children’s Center Festival of Trees. The tree was themed “Honoring Those Who Serve” and included several military themed items and toys, as well as products from veteran owned businesses. It was featured in a silent auction, with proceeds aiding families with children who have developmental disabilities.. Sandhills Children’s Center works in partnership with families to provide the best child care and educational experiences for children ages birth through five, with and without disabilities. Personalized attention from our highly trained staff in a play-based environment engages children in learning experiences that foster self esteem and growth. The Center has provided educational, therapeutic and health care services to children throughout the south central region of North Carolina since 1970.
