COVID-19 Update at Veterans Guardian

In an effort to let you know where we stand regarding the COVID-19 virus, Veterans Guardian is committed to continuing to provide unmatched consulting services and is continuing to adapt our ability to respond throughout the COVID-19 crisis.

In order to be a responsible corporate citizen and to protect our team members, most of whom are veterans or spouses of veterans and spouses of active duty military, we are focusing our efforts toward telework. We serve clients across the globe and are committed to providing the remarkable service you have become accustomed to. Over the coming days, we ask for your patience as we work to perfect our new operational support plan to provide exceptional claims consultation.

While we remain committed to providing superior services, we recognize that we must go above and beyond to do everything we can to protect the team we have here while providing red carpet treatment to our deserving clients. We are taking extraordinary measures to provide world class service to those who have given so much. We will continue to operate during our normal business hours, Monday-Thursday 0830-2100 and Friday 0830-1700. Our office will remain closed on the weekends and we ask that local clients limit in-person visits to our Pinehurst, North Carolina headquarters.

Veterans Guardian is vigilantly monitoring virus developments from reputable sources (CDC, WHO, US Department of Health and Human Services and the US State Department) for up-to-date and reliable information. We understand that guidance can change rapidly as occurrences of the virus develop and spread in the United States. We will continue to be part of the solution through social distancing and other proactive measures.
