Veterans Guardian Responds To Class Certification
January 6, 2026
On December 30, the district court granted the plaintiffs’ motion for class certification in Ford, et al. v. Veterans Guardian. Veterans Guardian strongly disagrees with the court’s conclusion that class treatment is appropriate and adamantly disputes that there is any merit to the plaintiffs’ claims.
Our Commitment to Veterans
Since Veterans Guardian’s founding, our mission has been clear: to help veterans obtain the disability benefits they have earned through their honorable service to our nation. We are proud to stand alongside those who have sacrificed for our country, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance in navigating the complex benefits application process.
Why This Matters
The claims brought by the plaintiffs, if successful, would prevent us from continuing to provide this critical support. We believe this outcome would harm veterans by removing an important option for those seeking help with their disability benefits applications. Many veterans rely on our services to overcome bureaucratic hurdles and secure the benefits they deserve without unnecessary delays.
Respecting Veterans’ Right to Choose
Every veteran should have the right to decide for themselves how to pursue their benefits. Limiting these choices does a disservice to those who have served and sacrifices the flexibility they need to access assistance that works best for them.
Standing Up for Veterans
We remain committed to advocating for veterans’ interests and ensuring they retain the freedom to choose the support they need. Our focus will always be on honoring their service and safeguarding their access to timely, effective help.
